Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping rates

Orders ship by USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. Standard shipping is free on orders over $150.

Processing time

Orders ship within one business day. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon, weekend, or holiday ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Local pickup

You can pick up your order free at Element Dermatology, 161 19th Street South, Suite 106, Sartell, MN 56377. Choose pickup at checkout and we will email you when it is ready, usually within 24 hours. Pickup hours are Monday to Thursday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at hello@elementderm.com or 320-252-3376 and we will make it right.
