Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of the delivery date. Any product that has been opened, used, or had its cellophane or seal removed is final sale and cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email hello@elementderm.com with your order number and the product you want to return. We will reply with return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@elementderm.com or 320-252-3376 and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.

In-clinic purchases

Products purchased at the clinic follow the same 14-day, unopened rule. Bring your receipt to the front desk.
